4. Vendor Responsibility for ASCAP Fees

 

Vendors using our singalong service for music performances are solely responsible for any ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers) fees. Singalong Jukebox does not assume any liability for these fees.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Singalong Jukebox and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

 

6. Termination

 

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
